How It Works

• CRM System Automation:

  • From any CRM system such as ACT!, Goldmine, Outlook, or Infusion you can easily create an email template generated from your data.

    • While viewing a contact record, you can easily select a template and email it to our servers.  The email is received, processed, and saved to our database.  Then the requested action template will be run using the data provided in the email.  For example the template may log into a website, search for a specific record, if the record isn't' located, one will be created.  Once the record is located,  requested actions can be performed such as sending a letter or card.  The Internet Automater engine works in the same way you would if you were doing the process yourself, only faster and without your efforts.

• Shipping Automation:

  • Link your order management system or CRM system into UPS or FedEx

• Web Recon Alerts:

  • This allows you to keep a close eye on certain websites without having to visit them daily.

For Outlook Users:

We have developed a simple toolbar for MS Outlook that allows you to select one or more contacts and apply a template action.  This will greatly speed up your data entry & fulfillment process.  Simply download our toolbar, enter your user into the configuration page and you are all set.
